Take Action California, It’s Time for Change

(San Bernardino, CA)- Time for Change Foundation is proud to announce the release of its new E-Advocacy website, Take Action California set to launch on Friday, July 9, searchable at www.takeactionca.org.

“Take Action California is a vehicle of change, one where community members can stand up and take action on issues that are important to them,” said Shonda Hutton, Assistant Director of Communications and Government Affairs for Time for Change Foundation. “The website is aimed to further the core mission of each collaborative partner by honing in on the issues that matter most to the collective, building healthy communities for all.”

The new website is a virtual one-stop, for political activism, action alerts, fact sheets and events in support of grassroots advocacy throughout California. TakeActionCA.org encourages users to take action on issues and campaigns to advance the shared agendas for social change, through human rights advocacy and criminal justice reform for disadvantaged, low income communities and people of color throughout the state of California.

Action alerts and campaigns posted on the website will fall under five major areas of interest: budget and policy reform, health and community safety, economic prosperity and empowerment, education and employment, and criminal justice reform.
