Three Strikes Reform Initiative for November 2012 Ballot
Families to Amend California's Three Strikes - FACTS is
circulating petitions to qualify a Three Strikes reform initiative for the
November 2012 ballot!! Under this reform only those third strike is
violent or serious will get a life sentence. If you are interested

I would like to know if this would go back to those individuals that have been sentenced to life for non violent crimes.
